What guarantees do you offer?
We offer a minimum of 30 days' guarantee on all parts supplied, and many come with 60 or 90 days' guarantee. Please get in touch for warranty details on specific items.

How do I order?
You can order parts by telephone or by filling in our online form. Please call 020 8524 9922 between 9.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We accept all major credit cards.

How quickly are parts delivered?
We have earned a reputation for dealing with mail, telephone and worldwide orders promptly and efficiently – usually the same day or next. We will always do all we can to keep your car on the road by getting parts to you as quickly as possible.

What happens if a part supplied is faulty?
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty part, simply contact us to let us know and we will tell you what to do next.

Usually we will ask you to return the faulty part and either dispatch a replacement or, if we do not have one available, order one in or arrange for an immediate refund.

Where are you based?
We are based in London but provide a national and international service to Mercedes trade and owners.
